Overnight Charters on LOOPING

Overnight charters have a 3 night minimum and include pick up and drop off at Taveuni airport( pick up and drop offs at different spots are available, contact us for details and pricing), private use of the Yacht LOOPING, Captain and private chef, all meals onboard, house beer and wines during meals, consumables, all fees and costs.

We have been running overnight cruises to the most remote parts of Fiji for over 20 years and extensively cruised Fiji for 3 years before that. There is no substitute for knowing what works and what doesn't in Fiji. Our experienced crew will help you explore in comfort and in safety the splendor that is Fiji's Fabulous Far North!

Pricing for our overnight Charters is as follows:

2 people onboard are $1995USD per night. Each additional guest 12 and over is $250USD per night. Children under 12 are $150USD per night. All pricing excludes 15% Government taxes.

Sailing Fiji Reservation/Payment policy:

We require a 25% deposit (non-refundable) due within 7 days of booking. Balance must be received 60 days prior to arrival. A booking is not recognized nor the space reserved, until a deposit is received. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require payment in full at the time of booking. We accept most major credit cards. *All bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival.

Sailing Fiji a.k.a. Vacala Yacht services, Ltd. Reservation/ Cancellation and Payment policy:

Deposit – No refund

Less than 60 days notice – Cancellation fee will be 100% of rate for every night cancelled

In the event of a cancellation, notice must be received by the resort in writing. No refund will be given for no-shows, unused days, or unused portions of pre-paid packages. We strongly recommend appropriate insurance protection.

Sailing Fiji will not accept any responsibility for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal equipment or property while staying onboard the yacht or at our resort or during participation in any activity. Sailing Fiji  will not accept responsibility for any bodily harm or injury, which may occur while staying on the yacht or during participation in any activity off the property.  Sailing Fiji will not accept any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which may be caused directly or indirectly by events within or outside their control. Sailing Fiji will not be held responsible for refunding unused nights due to flight delay or cancellations. Sailing Fiji will not be held liable for any failure to carry out arrangements agreed to for clients, if such failure is due to fire or other casualties, acts of God, National Emergencies, strikes or shortage of labor or materials or any other causes beyond its control. In short there are no refunds postponements or reschedules of any kind, you must ensure you purchase appropriate travel insurance if you require this type of protection.
